Refund & Cancellation Policy

All fees and charges are non-refundable and there are no refunds or credits available.

Submitting the Online Registration Form or buying a ticket on the Legal Tech Meet (LTM) website does not confirm your registration or participation in any conference until a confirmation email has been sent by any of our team members. If your registration is not confirmed, the entire registration fee will be refunded by us (except Bank or Payment Gateway Charges).

We will accept no liability for any other expenses incurred by the party who submits the registration form or purchases an event ticket online from the website.

We will not be held liable for any loss/damage caused by Act of God, Nature, or any cause beyond our control.

All disputes are subject to Kolkata jurisdiction only.

Cancellation of Registration by the Participant

All payments made for the Legal Tech Meet (LTM) event registrations/sponsorship fee are non-refundable without any exceptions.

Only substitution/change in name (to a colleague of the same organization) shall be allowed if the same is notified and granted by an email (Mr. Saurabh) 30 days before the event date.

Credits for future LTM events may be provided only in cases where the registrant was unable to join the event due to natural disaster, terrorism, riot, or pandemic.

Cancellation of the Event by LexDita - Law Firm

The organizers, LexDita - Law Firm, reserve the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment or in any circumstances which would make the event non-viable, including natural disaster, terrorism, riot, pandemic, or any act which is beyond our control.

The organizers at their sole discretion can cancel any registration at any point in time with full refund of the fee. We will accept no liability for any expenses incurred by the party who applied/registered for the event.

If LexDita - Law Firm cancels or postpones an event, registrants will be offered a full credit which can be utilized by the registrant in future LTM events. We will accept no liability for any expenses incurred by the party who applied/registered for the event.
