Refund Policy

By registering for any Legal Tech Meet event, you agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

1. Refunds

• Registration is confirmed only after successful payment.
• Cancellation requests made within 7 days of payment are eligible for a refund after deduction of a 10% administrative and processing fee.
• After 7 days from the payment date, registration fees are non-refundable.
• Payment gateway charges, bank charges, taxes, and other third-party processing fees are non-refundable.
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method, generally within 15–20 business days.
• Failure to attend the event does not qualify for a refund.

2. Event Changes

We may make reasonable changes to an event, including its date, venue, speakers, agenda, schedule, or format. Where possible, participants will be informed in advance.

Such changes do not automatically entitle participants to a refund.

If an event is cancelled by Legal Tech Meet and is not rescheduled, eligible participants will receive a refund of the registration fee paid, excluding any non-refundable payment processing or statutory charges. We are not responsible for travel, accommodation, visa, or other personal expenses.

3. Cancellation

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@legaltechmeet.com.

Participants who do not attend an event without prior cancellation (No-Show) are not eligible for any refund, credit, or transfer.

Refunds or compensation may not be available where an event is affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, public health emergencies, civil unrest, transportation disruptions, or other force majeure events.
