About Prof. Dr. Heinz

Prof. Dr. Heinz Goddar is a Partner at Boehmert & Boehmert and a renowned German Patent Attorney. He lectures at Bucerius Law School, MIPLC, and various universities across Asia and the U.S. A Past President of LES International and LES Germany, he was inducted into the IAM IP Hall of Fame in 2014 and is consistently listed among the IAM 300 Global Leading IP Experts. He co-edits "Trade Secrets Throughout the World" and serves as a WIPO mediator and arbitrator. Recently, he has held advisory roles with the Saudi Authority of Intellectual Property (SAIP) and CCPIT Mediation Center.
